Banana bread is a type of bread made from mashed bananas. It is a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread This is an easy recipe that gives perfect results every time. Be sure to use overripe bananas. Also you can make it even more tastier just topped it with some ice-cream and chocolate syrup. INGREDIENTS 4 overly ripe, mashed bananas 3 eggs ¾ cup vegetable oil ¼ cup of water ½ cup of sugar if you like 1 tbsp vanilla 2 ½ cups of flour ½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda ½ cup of chocolate chips ½ cup Walnuts Preheat oven to 175 C degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients and set aside. In a large bowl mix wet ingredients until combined. Combine the dry into the wet, ⅓ at a time, being careful not to over mix! Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into a loaf pan that has been grease and flour. Bake for 55 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Slice into thick slices and serve. Enjoy!
