Cheese pav bhaji fondue


Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup roughly chopped beans
1 cup roughly chopped carrot
1 cup roughly chopped cauliflower
1 cup roughly chopped cabbage
1 1/2 cup roughly chopped potatoes
2 to 3 tbsp pav bhaji masala
salt to taste
Chilli powder
2tbsp butter
Bread or pav
mozzarella cheese
processed cheese

Method:
 • Take all the roughly chopped vegetables in cooker & heat it on medium flame 2 to 3 whitsles
 • Take a sauce pan with 2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp oil, finely chopped onions & tomato.
 • Saute it well till onion are soft .
 • Smash the vegetables from the cooker & add to sauce pan
 •  Add pav bhaji masala, salt & chilli powder as per taste, put some coriander leaves & mix it for few minutes
 • Take this pav bhaji in oven safe container
 • Grate some mozzarella cheese & processed cheese.
 • Microwave it for 1 min
 • Cut pav or bread into small pieces roast it on a pan with butter, salt ,chilli powder & pav bhaji masala.
 • Enjoy the cheese pav bhaji fondue.
