MINT WATERMELON DHOKLA



Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup besan
salt to taste
pinch sugar 
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lime juice
5gm ENO
Mint watermelon juice 

Method:
1. Take 1 1/2 cup besan, add salt, pinch of sugar, 2 tbsp oil , 1 tbsp lime juice & mix thoroughly
2. Add mint watermelon juice to form smooth batter & rest for 10 mins
3. Add 5gm ENO to smooth batter & pour it in greased mould.
4. Steam for 15 minutes on medium flame or until its done.
5. Let it cool at room temperature.
6. Demould it & sprinkle some mint watermelon juice.
7. Refrigerate for 30mins & enjoy.
