Dry Corn Samosa

Samosa Filling
Ingredients:
1 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1/2 Sweet corn
1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder
1/2 tbsp Jeera powder
1/2 tbsp Aamchur powder (Dry mango powder)
1/2 tbsp chat masala
2 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste

Method :
1. Add 2tbsp of ghee in a pan, add 1 cup of besan to it & roast it on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
2. Add 1/2 cup of sweet corn to the above mix, add jeera powder, dhaniya powder, aamchur powder, chat masala & salt as per taste, then mix it thoroughly for 2mins on low flame.

Samosa dough
Ingredients:
2 cup Maida 
1/2tsp Ajwain
2 tbsp Ghee
A pinch of salt
Ice chilled water

Method:
1.Take 2 cup of maida , add 2tbsp of ghee, 1/2tbsp of ajwain, pinch of salt & mix it with ice chilled water to make a stiff dough.
2. Roll out a portion of dough into thin oval shape & divide it into to halves

How to proceed
1. Make a cone from each part and stuff it with 1 portion of the filling
2. Seal the edges carefully using a little water.
3. Repeat with the remaining oval halves and filling to make few more samosas.
4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the samosas on a slow flame till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot with a chutney of your choice
