Chocolate coffee mousse


Ingredients:
500 gm whipped cream
60 gm dark chocolate
3 tbsp coffee powder
3 tbsp sugar
3tbsp hot water

Procedure :
Chocolate mousse:
 • Take 400gm whipped cream & mix it with 60 gm melted chocolate.

Coffee mousse:
 • Take 3tbsp coffee powder, sugar & water in a bowl , whisk it till it forms foam like consistency
 • Then add this mix in the remaining 100gm whipped cream & mix it thoroughly.

 • Now take a glass, fill 80% with chocolate mousse mix & remaining 20% with coffee mousse.
 • Refrigerate it for minimum 1hour & then enjoy .
