Chocolava cake

Ingredients:
1 Ripen banana
1 tbsp honey
60 gm soft butter
30 gm dark chocolate
60 gm castor sugar
2 tbsp coco powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp ENO/ cooking soda
1 cup maida/ all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk

Method :
 • Smash banana thoroughly add 1 tbsp honey, then mix it ...

 • Add 60 gm soft butter , 30 gm melted dark chocolate , 60 gm castor sugar , 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbsp coco powder  & mix it .. Add 2 tbsp maida , mix it .

 • Remove 2 tbsp of the above mixture & keep it aside in the fridge

 • Then in the remaining mixture add rest maida, 1 tsp ENO & 1/2 milk ... mix it gently to form smooth mixture .

 • Take mold n grease it with soft butter & dust coco powder .

 • Pour the smooth mixture in the mould, then place the mixture from the fridge then pour the remaining smooth mixture above it & tap gently.

 • Bake it on 170°c for 8 minutes.
