Aloo tikki
Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 capsicum
1 cup cabbage
1 onion
Coriander
2 boiled potatoes
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp jeera powder
1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder
2tbsp mirchi poder
1/4 tbsp black slat
1/2 tbsp dry mango powder
Procedure:
• Chop all the vegetables finely
• Mix finely chopped veggies with mashed potatoes & breadcrumbs
• Add salt & all the masala accordingly.
• Mix thoroughly & place it in fridge for minimum 30 mins
• Remove the mix from the fridge & form tikkis.
• Take a pan with very little oil & pan fry both sides.
• Press gently while you pan fry.
• Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
