Hirwya Mirchicha thecha (Kharada)


Ingredients
Green Chilli – 12
Oil – 3 tsp
Garlic - 8 cloves 
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Sesame Seeds(Til) – ½ tsp
Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

1) Break green chillies with hand.
2) Heat oil in a pan.
3) Add cumin seeds, garlic and green chillies and saute.
4) Add sesame seeds and continue to saute.
5) Add salt, and mix.
6) Add coriander leaves and cook for three to four minutes.
7) Put the mixture in a mortar and pound with the pestle to a coarse paste. Serve with bhakris (type of Indian bread).
