Sponge cake in Cooker


Want to make this yummy sponge Cake in cooker at home..... let's see HOW

Preparation Time: 25 mins
Cooking Time: 30 mins


Ingredients

1 cup Maida (all purpose flour)
200 ml Milkmaid or sweet condensed milk
2 eggs
50 gms unsalted butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Vanilla essence
Cocoa Powder(Not Mandatory)

Method                              

1.         Melt 50 gms of butter in bowl; add 2 eggs and beat it nicely.
2.         Add 200 ml Condensed milk
3.         Mix 1 tsp Baking powder in 1 cup of maida and add this to condensed milk
4.         Beat it for 15 mins
5.         Now Add 1 tsp essence and 1 tsp baking soda and beat for 2 mins
6.         Grease aluminum vessel or cooker bowl with butter and sprinkle maida
7.         Now Pour cake batter to the vessel and keep it in cooker for 30 mins without whistle and water (Don’t worry cooker will not burst without water)


Your Sponge Cake is ready

Tip:

1. You can use choco chips or cut dry fruits in batter
2. You can Decorate it with chocolate sauce or whipped cream.
