SUGAR HONEY STRIPS


Sugar Honey Strips

Serves - 3-4

Ingredients
3 cup gehun ka atta(whole wheat flour), 2 cup Sugar, lemon, 5 tsp Honey, salt to taste

Other ingredients : oil for frying


Method
  1. Mix wheat flour, 2 pinch of salt and water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky.
  2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth. Divide into 10 parts, or less if you want bigger 
  3. Make medium size chapati with that.
  4. Cut that chapati in strips using sharp knife.
  5. Now deep fry this strips (flame should be medium to make strips crispy).
  6. Keep all this strips on tissue.
  7. For Sugar syrup: add 2 cup of sugar and 3 cup  water in vessel heat it till you get a mediup thick syrup.
  8. Add 1 small lemon and a pinch of salt stir well then add 5 tsp Honey.
  9. Now add crispy strips in this syrup.
  10. Your Crispy Sugar honey Strips are ready.
