Sugar Honey Strips

Serves - 3-4
Ingredients
3 cup gehun ka atta(whole wheat flour), 2 cup Sugar, lemon, 5 tsp Honey, salt to taste
Other ingredients : oil for frying
Method
- Mix wheat flour, 2 pinch of salt and water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth. Divide into 10 parts, or less if you want bigger
- Make medium size chapati with that.
- Cut that chapati in strips using sharp knife.
- Now deep fry this strips (flame should be medium to make strips crispy).
- Keep all this strips on tissue.
- For Sugar syrup: add 2 cup of sugar and 3 cup water in vessel heat it till you get a mediup thick syrup.
- Add 1 small lemon and a pinch of salt stir well then add 5 tsp Honey.
- Now add crispy strips in this syrup.
- Your Crispy Sugar honey Strips are ready.
