Spring roll

Ingredients :
1 cup julienne of carrots
1 cup julienne of cabbage
1 cup julienne of capsicum  
2 to 3 clove of garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 cup onions 
Spring roll sheets
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soya sauce 
1 tbsp vinegar 
1 tbsp chili sauce

Method:
1. Take 1 cup of carrots & cabbage in a bowl, add some salt & keep it for rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Extract all the water from the carrots & cabbage mix.
3. Take a sauce pan with ginger & garlic, add vegetables.
4. Saute it for 1 min, add black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce & salt as per taste, mix it well.
5. Let this mix get cool down to room temperature.
6. Take a spring roll sheet , apply maida slurry to all the sides , place the spring roll mix & roll it.
7. Deep fry till it turns golden brown.
8. Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
