Caramel pudding



Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup curd
1 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

procedure :
 • Heat non stick pan, add sugar and allow it to caramelise and switch off flame.
 • Pour this caramelized sugar in a mould & leave to harden.
 • Take a mixing jar, add 1 cup curd, condensed milk, 1tbsp custard powder , 1 tsp vanilla extract & blend it.
 • Then pour it in the mould on top of harden sugar & steam it for 20 mins on a medium flame .
 • Refrigerate it for 2hours, then demould & enjoy.
