Ingredients
10 ladyfinger cleaned, wiped and split lengthwise
6 tsp. Besan
4 tsp. groundnut powder
4 tsp. Giggly powder
2 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. jeera powder
1/2 tsp coriander (dhaniya) powder
1 tsp finely chopped coriander
salt
1 lemon
1 tsp poppy seeds
Method
1. In a hot kadai, fry the besan, chili
powder, coriander powder, groundnut powder, Giggly powder without oil for 2-3 mins.
2. Turn off the flame, add salt and
squeeze lemon and mix it well to make thick paste.
3. Now stuff the split Ladyfinger
(bhindi) with this paste one by one.
4. And sprinkle some poppy seeds on it.
5. Now deep fry this Ladyfinger
(bhindi).
Your crispy lady finger is ready.
