Yummy Chocolate Banana Pancake (Indian Style) This recipe for chocolate banana pancakes is so delicious you don’t even need to add anything to them. You can include more or less chocolate chips depending upon your sweet tooth! Prep time - Under 10 mins Cook time - Under 5 mins Serves - 3-4 Ingredients needed Sugar- 1/2 cup Banana- 1 Cashew - 5-8 Almond - 5-8 Bornvita - 1/2 cup Chocolate Syrup & Choco chips for garnishing Preparation Wheat flour - 1 Cup Desi Ghee - 1/2 cup Walnut - 1 Mix Wheat flour and Sugar with water as you do for dosa batter. Chop big pieces of almond, cashew, walnut and roast it with ghee. Slice banana(very thin) Now for each pancake, pour batter by less than 1/2 cup onto hot griddle greased with desi ghee then sprinkle bornvita powder on that. Cook for 1 min without lid and 1 min with lid. Now put greased banana slices on that pancake and again cook it for 30 sec....

Dry Corn Samosa Samosa Filling Ingredients: 1 Cup Besan (Gram Flour) 1/2 Sweet corn 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder 1/2 tbsp Jeera powder 1/2 tbsp Aamchur powder (Dry mango powder) 1/2 tbsp chat masala 2 tbsp ghee Salt to taste Method : 1. Add 2tbsp of ghee in a pan, add 1 cup of besan to it & roast it on medium flame till it turns golden brown. 2. Add 1/2 cup of sweet corn to the above mix, add jeera powder, dhaniya powder, aamchur powder, chat masala & salt as per taste, then mix it thoroughly for 2mins on low flame.
