Want to make this yummy rasgullas at home..... let's see HOW

1 liter Milk(full cream milk will be good)
3 cups sugar
6 cups water
1 lemon
Method
1. Boil the Milk and keep it aside for 2 mins
2. Then add lemon juice in 4 teaspoon warm water and add this into hot milk to make Paneer/ Cheena/ Indian cottage cheese
3. drain this paneer using drainer (I am using soft cotton cloth here this is traditional way to drain paneer)
4. Now wash this paneer using cold water to remove lemon content in that and again drain it.
5. Now our paneer is ready.
6. Add 6 cups of water and 3 cups of sugar in cooker and boil it
7. Knead this paneer for 15 mins approx. to make a dough(till your hand gets oily this / *is sign that our dough is ready to change into yummy soft spongy rasgullas */)
8. make 12 to 16 equal parts and make a ball from that. till this time our syrup is ready add these balls into cooker and keep it on high flame for 5 min and then lower the flame to medium and keep it another for 6 mins.
9. Your yummy spongy rasgullas are ready (Serve it cold).
Tips:
1) If you are using full cream milk then dont add all sugar to cook rasgullas, first add 1 cup sugar in 6 cups of water and cook it.
2) if you are using toned or double toned milk then user 3 cups of sugar in that.
