Maggie Roll is a crispy roll stuffed with every ones favorite Maggie
J. It is actually my
invention.
That day I was really tired but want to eat some tangy and spicy
food so I decided to give some twist to boring chapatis. So let’s see how to
prepare it.

Ingredients
6 chapatis/ 6 spring roll sheets
¼ cup finely chopped cauliflower (Gobi)
¼ cup chopped potato
¼ cup sweet corn
¼ cup green peas
1 tsp chopped garlic
Some javelins of cabbage
Jalapeno(I used canned jalapeno)
1 small masala maggie pack
Tomato sauce
Chili sauce
Soya sauce
Method
1.
Heat 3 tsp of oil in pan. Add cumin seed, finely chopped garlic.

Add cauliflower, potato, sweet corn and peas till it turned to
golden color.

Then break Maggie cube in very small pices and add into a pan

Add 1 to 2 cup(do not add extra water we are using water to cook
Maggie not to make) of water in pan and cook Maggie

Now remove this pan from cooktop and add 2 tsp of tomato sauce,
chili sauce, soya sauce and toss it sprinkle salt, chaat masala to taste

Allow this to cool

Spread the spring roll wrappers or chapatti on the work top.
Divide the stuffing into 6 portions and place a portion on one side of each wrapper.

Fold in the edges and roll tightly. Apply cornflour paste to
open end and seal. Keep the rolls under a damp cloth.
Gently slide into the hot oil and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Tips
1.
You can add different vegetables to it.
